Now that's a sentiment I can get behind, because it's the same for me and you both. There's much I've learned about here I wouldn't even have known could be possible thanks to what Fodlan's like compared to what's here. At this point I wouldn't be surprised to find out even Solvunn's ahead of much of Fodlan.
[ When it comes to comparing one rural atmosphere to another, at least, since Claude's not sure that's entirely accurate. It'll do by way of comparison to get the point across, and he remembers what Claire's told him about her home - even with the complications of time added in there - on top of everything else.
Any tangents from that can wait since he reads her next words with a furrow in his brow. That sounds - too close to what Hilda had experienced, and it's difficult to not feel that same flare of concern for what Claire went through. ]
Magically healed enough to not die is something I can relate to as well, unfortunately, both here and at home. I'm glad healers were there to keep you with us.
How about the Sunday of the weekend? I'm also usually up with the sun so most any time will work. Let's say after your chores are done since I've always found a meal tastes better then, and we can make a proper breakfast out of it to catch up?
Perfect, I support any and all instances of leaving the cleanup to someone else to worry about. That's always the worst part of any sort of project, anyway.
[ Is he kidding? Maybe slightly, but certainly not when it comes to completing a bunch of chores right before that for some well earned (relative) relaxation afterwards. And these plans are something he's looking forward to, so it's with a small smile Claude reaches for the journal which holds most of his plans to make a note of it immediately. ]
I'm looking forward to this, and not just for the chance to get to talk plants again. And if that cafe's disappointing, well, we'll just have to make a habit of finding yet another one to try the next weekend around.
[ She hasn't done anything like that in such a long time, it's almost so leisurely she can't believe it's her life sometimes. She's so used to the chaos and busyness of home that never seems to stop. ]
It's like you've read my mind. There's much in the Square I haven't been to see despite it being open for over a year now, so that's all the more reason to tackle them together now.
[ Something to look forward to - something they all need after recent events and everything else from months before it. A bright spot in everything, and that smile doesn't leave his face. ]
Soon it is, and the same for you if anything needs to be rescheduled. Otherwise, I'll see you there and we'll catch up.
